Kolyid shows the deeper engineering behind that approach. It connects training-data preparation, speech recognition, and human review for Yiddish audio, keeping people involved where the output needs judgment.
We use AI in our own operation, too. A scheduled ChatGPT workflow has read-only access to our bank data and read and write access to Talli. It compares income and expenses, updates records in Talli, and flags questions or discrepancies for us to review.
